b. Use of products in client projects is permitted up to 1,000 prints/sales. Beyond that, an extended license is required. c. Including font files in your product templates is not allowed, but you can convert text to graphic objects.

2. Webfont License

a. Using fonts on web pages requires a Webfont License. Each license allows CSS @font-face usage on one domain. Additional domains require another webfont license.

3. Ownership and Usage

a. Purchased products remain the property of Authentype. Copying or unauthorized usage is not permitted.

b. Purchase does not grant the right to claim products as your own work or transfer rights to another party without written consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

a. Payments must be made through available methods on the website.

b. No refunds for downloaded digital products unless payment error or product damage occurs.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. Authentype is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of our products.

b. Any decisions made based on information from this site are the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Use of Products on Social Media

a. You’re permitted to use design outcomes with our products for social media promotion. However, this usage should not tarnish Authentype reputation or infringe on copyrights.

7. Consent and Changes to Terms & Conditions

a. By using our products, you agree to the existing terms and conditions.

b. Authentype reserves the right to modify or update terms and conditions without prior notice.
